Wood floor restoration
Wood floor renovation — restoring depth to the wood.
A tired, stained, greyed wood floor marked by years of use does not need to be replaced: it needs to be restored. It then finds a second life, often more beautiful than the first.

Who it's for
Every wood floor has its story. I always begin by listening to it.
Haussmann-era apartment, contemporary villa, chalet, industrial loft: every wood, every layout, every previous finish calls for its own decisions. I never apply a standard protocol — I apply what your wood floor actually needs.
How it unfolds
A four-step project, with no grey areas.
01
On-site diagnosis
I assess the condition of the wood, the usable sanding thickness remaining, the previous finish, the boards to repair.
02
Preparation
Protection of adjacent surfaces, removal of skirting boards if necessary, spot repairs before sanding.
03
Dust-free sanding
Three to four passes with decreasing grit, belt sander and edger with integrated dust extraction.
04
Finish
Varnishing (2 or 3 coats) or hard-wax oil. The floor is returned to you clean, checked and ready to use.
