Vitrification: EC1 Plus-certified water-based polyurethane varnish applied in three coats with de-nibbing — matt, satin or gloss. Durable, easy-care, ideal for high-traffic areas and rental properties.
Natural oil: Rubio Monocoat, Osmo, Berger-Seidle. Deep penetration, natural touch, revealed grain — with the option of tinted finishes (whitewashed, smoked, patinated, natural).
Raw look: a contemporary finish preserving the original pale tone of the wood with lasting protection.

Parquet sanding typically takes 2 to 4 days for an 80–120 m² apartment: 1 day for sanding, 2 to 3 days for applying and drying the finish (varnish or oil). Larger surfaces, staircases or heavily damaged floors may require up to a week.
